Mr. George Lee is Director of Capital Partner CPA Limited.  Mr, George Lee obtained a bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Chinese University of Hong Kong and have been serving in PricewaterhouseCoopers for a number of years.

Mr. George Lee has over 20 years of experience focused on corporate M&A and business establishment of international corporation in Hong Kong and in China. He has good knowledge of Hong Kong and China legal, financials rules and regulation and has been working closely with various private equity firm on projects financing and IPOs.

Ms. Melanie Lam, being one of the founders and the director of Capital Partner CPA Limited, has over 20 years of experience focused on audit and assurance, accounting, tax advisory and company secretarial services in Hong Kong.  She has been working in PricewaterhouseCoopers and has extensive audit experiences cover different industries including restaurants operations, trading of commodities and metals, e-commence and logistics services, IT services (like apps development), swimming schools, provision of electronic payments services, blockchain services, investment in real estate projects and other investment holding companies.
